CBRE South Asia Pvt. Ltd, one of India’s leading real estate consulting firms, has launched its first dedicated real estate technology Centre in Gurugram.
The Digital & Technology (D&T) Centre was inaugurated by Chandra Dhandapani, Chief Digital & Technology Officer, CBRE and Anshuman Magazine, Chairman, India & South East Asia, CBRE.
The centre will serve as the firm’s primary software development hub in Asia Pacific, with a focus on CBRE’s next generation technology suite. Smart technologies that leverage mapping, augmented reality and data analytics will be supported and pioneered at the facility.

One of the company’s marquee initiatives – CBRE 360 will reflect each client’s unique cultures and workplace requirements and offer client-specific branding for property investors and occupiers that desire it.
The state-of-the-art Gurugram site will initially host approximately 120 software engineers dedicated to work on CBRE’s expanding suite of Asia Pacific digital products.
CBRE plans to further invest in its India software development team, expanding both headcount and capabilities in the coming 12 months to pioneer the next generation real estate technology solutions and platforms.
