India’s commercial realty data information and analytics firm Propstack is collaborating with Wharton School of Pennsylvania University to explore new data technologies.
The alliance’s initial focus will be on commercial real estate, developer mortgages and residential real estate. It aims to create a body of research, insights and prototypes that can start making a real impact on the industry.
Propstack said in a statement: “Connecting Propstack’s best-in-class data and deep industry expertise with world-renowned institutions like Wharton will ensure that we have a unique opportunity for innovation with our customers.”
Raja Seetharaman, Co-Founder of Propstack the alliance is part of his company’s growth strategy to drive faster innovation in real estate helping customers better respond to change and opportunity across the real estate industry.
Propstack’s cloud-based platform has grown to power the commercial real estate business in India and has expanded its offerings to include the developer loans database.
