Sandeep Jindal is building a dream project that would complement with Prime Minister Narendra Modis Smart Cities.

The Chairman & Managing Director of Vanshi Buildtech, a real-estate developer, is launching Delhi Greens that aims to build quality housing and cost-effective and comfortable liveable facilities. The project, coming up in Smart City L zone in Dwarka, has already become a hit among buyers, particularly NRIs from Gulf countries.

In an interview, Jindal said Modi’s 100 Smart Cities scheme will help realise the dreams of any average Indian middle class hoping to own a home in metros or suburbs. If these cities are developed fully and meticulously, then nobody in our country will be homeless, he said. Today, getting a house in Delhi is out of reach for this stratum of society as prices are escalating. “Our Delhi Greens project in L zone Dwarka, which I call Love zone, is being planned in a grand way. It will cater to the specific needs of an average middle class family as well as the affluent class. It is being designed to provide happy homes with healthy environment that offers good life-style.” Being the largest of the 15 zones in Delhi, Zone L covers proximately 21,933 hectares. It is beautifully enveloped in exotic flora and fauna. It is expected to be a major population centre in the near future.

“Our Delhi Greens project is designed in such a way that residents will feel closer to nature. We are committed to maintain maximum greenery, 24X7 water and power supply and 100% web connectivity,” he said.

Delhi Greens is a well researched project that is designed to meet the needs of end- users. It will be an inspiration for people living in Delhi who aspire to lead quality life outside of the city.
“Our research has shown that people, after hectic work, look forward to relax in a conducive comfort zone. They want to rejuvenate themselves by taking a refreshing swim or workout at fully-equipped gymnasium or tone up at the aerobics.

Jindal’s Vanshi Buildtech has designed this project keeping these requirements and the needs of the potential customers for another 40 years or more. We have tried to fulfil the emotional as well as the practical needs of our customers.

The USP of the project, which has received good response from Indians in Gulf countries besides Singapore, is L zone’s proximity to the international airport and state-of-the-art hospitals like AIIMS 2, Medanta etc.
